- Contact your GP online using eConsult; or
- Phone the reception on 01744 624360
We will then use the information you give us over the phone or online and the most appropriate health professional will get in touch with you.
Please don’t come to the surgery in person unless we have already spoken to you and confirmed a fact to face appointment is required
