St Helens Safer In Town Scheme

We have signed up to the Safer in Town Scheme that is provided for vulnerable people by St Helens Council. We want to ensure that people feel safe in their community and that they have somewhere where they can seek some assistance if they don’t.

The Safer in Town Scheme is provided as a voluntary service by shops, libraries and public service centres across the St Helens area. You do not have to be a registered patient to access the scheme here at the Practice. If you feel that you may benefit from this scheme and wish to sign up, please complete the application form. Completed forms can be returned directly to St Helens Council or you can return them to the Practice and we will send them on your behalf.
