Online Requests

Due to the high demand on our phone lines from the 1st April 2021 you will no longer be able to order prescriptions over the telephone, you can order in the following ways

1) Online services – Patient access / NHS app (please register for online services if you haven’t already, alternatively register with the NHS app)this is the quickest and easiest way to order your prescription)
2) Via the Request Repeat Prescription form.
3) Post
4) Via post box in our reception area

Please allow 2-3 working days for prescriptions to be sent to you nominated pharmacy,
