Midwife

The ante-natal clinic is held from 09:00 every Friday morning in the Haydock Clinic. Our midwife runs the clinic and works closely with the doctors to provide quality antenatal and postnatal care.

We are proud of our strong team of district nurses who work with us in the community. They have excellent communication links with the GPs enabling them to deliver a professional, efficient and effective service. They provide a high standard of nursing care for those patients needing various high level clinical treatment within their own environments.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
